By ordering from Bayna you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and readable — no fine-print traps.
01 Ordering
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We confirm it on WhatsApp before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, the address is unreachable, or we suspect misuse — you'll always be told why.
02 Prices & payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and include applicable taxes. Payment is cash on deliveryonly — you pay the rider when your order arrives. We don't take online payment. Prices and offers can change, but the price you saw at checkout is the price you pay.
03 Delivery
Delivery times and charges are described on our Delivery page. Estimates are best-effort and may vary with courier load or weather. Risk passes to you once the order is delivered to your address.
04 Returns
Returns and refunds follow our Returns policy — 7 days, unused condition, refunds via bKash/Nagad/cash. Faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded in full.
05 Products
We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly between screens and real life. Placeholder imagery may be used until studio photos are added. Stock is limited and may sell out.
06 Liability
Bayna isn't liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site or products, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights under Bangladeshi law.
