7-day returns. Items must be unused and in original condition. Since payment is cash on delivery, refunds are made via bKash, Nagad, or cash.
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll confirm the return and arrange a pickup or give you a drop-off point.
For hygiene reasons, eyewear with opened/used lenses and any item that's been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery can't be returned. Books must be in resaleable condition.
Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund within 3–5 working days via bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer — whichever you prefer. Original delivery charges aren't refunded unless the item was faulty.
That's on us. Send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including delivery — no return shipping needed.
Absolutely. Exchanges for a different size, color, or title are the easiest option — just tell us what you'd like instead when you start the return.
