The short version: we keep your name, phone, and address to ship your order. We never sell it. Ask us to delete it anytime.

When you place an order we collect the details you give us at checkout:
- Your name and phone number
- Email address (only if you provide one)
- Delivery address and any order note
- The items and quantities in your order
We do notcollect payment-card details, because all orders are cash on delivery. There's no account to create, so we don't store passwords.
02 How we use it
Your information is used only to:
- Pack, ship, and deliver your order
- Contact you about your order (usually on WhatsApp)
- Handle returns, refunds, and support requests
- Keep basic records for accounting
03 Sharing
We share your delivery details only with the courier handling your parcel, so they can bring it to you. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We may disclose information if required by law.
04 Cookies
This site keeps your shopping cart in your browser's local storage so it survives a refresh. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. That's it.
05 Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Just message us and we'll take care of it — usually the same day.
